Shipping & Handling

• The shipping fee includes packing, warehousing and distribution costs, not only postage. When your purchase our product and select shipment, buyer agrees to pay the shipping fee.
• Orders will ship within 3 business days after payment received. Please allow 3 to 10 working days for standard delivery, 1 to 5 days for express delivery, international post may take longer depends on country. Reuben F Scarf do not take responsibility and guarantee for the delivery time.
• We use Australian-post standard post and express post with tracking. We are not responsible for missing parcels if Australian post tracking information show "delivered".
• If parcel not being collect by buyer within two weeks, and return to us, we will charge two ways shipping cost, and refund the rest of item value.
• If parcel cannot be delivered and returned due to incorrect address, postcode and name, buyer need to cover the shipping cost.
• International postage: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
• Please provide contact number as it is compulsory for international posting.

Return & Exchange Policy

• To start a refund/exchange you will need to fill up our Claim Form, email it back to reubenfscarfonline@gmail.com or post to 1A/12 Bernera Road Prestons NSW 2170
• To claim a fault or damaged item, you must attach at least one clear photo to demonstrate the condition and send back with the Claim Form.
• We will only accept return/exchange within 10 business days of your order delivered.
• Return/exchange item must include purchase invoice, tag, original box and package. We cannot refund/exchange any items that have been worn, washed and are without tags.
• We will not cover the extra return/exchange postage cost unless it is our item's damage or fault. For example, "Size not fit", "Gift for someone but he doesn’t like it", "It didn’t arrive in time before the wedding", buyer will in charge with the extra postage.
• Please allow 5 working days from the day we receive your return, you will be advised by email when your refund has been processed and approved. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment.
